Not Sure Why You Need Travel Insurance?

Encountering the unexpected is often a part of travel; ranging from the inconvenient to a truly serious emergency.  Travel insurance can offer comprehensive travel protection coupled with extensive 24-hour emergency assistance services to meet the challenges of today’s travel and help you enjoy a worry-free trip.
Consider these reasons to purchase a plan before departing, for a true sense of security on your journey.
Peace of Mind
Whether you lose your job, a hurricane blows through your destination, or your travel supplier declares bankruptcy, a comprehensive plan benefits help get you back on track and find the peace of mind your trip deserves.
Credit Card Shortfalls
Chances are your credit card may not protect you in cases of travel delay, trip cancellation or emergency medical coverage overseas. These plans tend to have highly limited benefits - always do your research to ensure you're fully protected.
Travel Investment
You work hard for the money and time invested in planning your vacation. Unfortunately even the most careful preparation doesn't avoid life's surprises if you need to cancel or interrupt your trip. Purchasing a travel insurance protection plan will help make sure you don't walk away empty-handed.
Medical Expenses
Ensure you're covered if you see a doctor for a medical emergency while traveling. Your personal medical healthcare policy may offer limited coverage or none at all, once you travel outside the United States. Also, the plan may lower benefits or have deductibles when using an out-of-network doctor. Some travel insurance plans have coverage for you – those plans will reimburse you for medical expenses from any doctor around the world when seen for a covered medical emergency.
Emergency Transportation
Your health and safety is a concern of ours. If an emergency medical evacuation becomes necessary, your travel insurance plan will transport you to an adequate facility to receive treatment. Some additional benefits include transportation of a visitor of your choice to stay with you or to transport any traveling children back home, should you become hospitalized.
Personal Belongings
A trip to the beach isn't much fun without a bathing suit. Certain travel insurance plans go above and beyond any homeowner's insurance policy - not only refunding you for items lost, stolen or damaged, but reimbursing you for necessary items you need to buy and continue having fun on your trip until your baggage is returned.
For a true sense of security, a comprehensive policy from a reputable, independent travel insurance company is paramount.  Click Here  for a look at different benefit packages and plans to fit your budget.

Our Walt Disney World Trip!!

It was a success!  WOW!  What a trip!  We started our week off with a 10 hour drive to Orlando, FL.  With but Disney movies, headphones, Disney coloring books, Nintendo DS we were off to a great start.  It was actually a very pleasant drive with three children under the age of eight.  We decided to drive down the day before check in and stay at a Hampton Inn off property.  That way we could be rested from the drive and ready to play the next morning.  We checked in to our Grand Floridian Resort and Spa the next morning at 9am.  059And to our surprise, it was ready for us.  I love Disney!  As we walked into the lobby of the Floridian, we saw the largest Gingerbread House I have ever seen.  As we made our way to our room I was surrounded by perfection.  My children had so much fun just finding all the Disney characters hidden throughout the resort.  It became quite the game all week.
We started the week off at Hollywood Studios.  We met up with family that was already there.  The first ride?  None other that the famous Tower of Terror.  Then off to the Rockin Roller Coaster and Toy Story.
The next day we went to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.  Donald’s Safari Breakfast at Tusker House is an absolute must.  002004
If found that I have developed quite a crush on the Mouse himself……..

We did a bit of park hopping this day too. . . . I don’t recommend that.
We finally got into a good groove the next day.  Epcot was on the list and we hit all the countries after breakfast at Akershush with the Princesses.  Got the kids faces painted too….036
We topped the week off with the Magic Kingdom.  The favorite ride of the week is but of course, the Tea Cups.  And it wouldn’t be a Disney trip without Dumbo and It’s a Small World.  And then there was Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party! Yummy hot chocolate and cookies, Christmas shows, Parades and Fireworks.  Mickey sure knows how to throw a party.  What a beautiful site to see Disney all decorated for Christmas!  We woke up one morning and like magic the kingdom was filled with Christmas trees and lights beyond measure.  It was a trip that we will talk about for years to come.  We are already talking about the next trip back.  Surprised smile  I Love Disney!
